In ASP.NET Convert.ToInt32 function rounds the parameter n to the nearest
32-bit signed integer. If value is halfway between two whole numbers, the even
number is returned; that is, 4.5 is converted to 4, and 5.5 is converted to 6.
When I wanted to define similar function in SQL Server I used the following
AS INT) AS intNum
But the difference between these two functions is that in the
second one, if the value is halfway between two whole numbers, always the
greater number is returned as result.
